If eBay is "run for members by members", why is it that so many Power sellers want out?

Being quite busy with our new XXXXXXX.com jewelry site (I dont want eBay to know who I am), Internet Classifieds and Bulletin Board Systems (icbbs.com), netshoppers.com shopping directory and now an SEO forums board, well you get the idea.
